The Power of Fitness Ebooks

Unlike gym memberships and expensive workout equipment, fitness ebooks don?t cost you an arm and a leg and they don?t require you to leave your house to go workout. Everything you need is packed into one solid .pdf file. This is the power of fitness ebooks - they?re cost-efficient, electronic books that you can instantly download onto your hard drive for immediate use. That?s why when it comes to fitness training - ebooks are the way to go.

Not only do they provide you with the knowledge you need in order to reach your set fitness goals, you can always refer back to them at any time in case you forget about a specific point. If you were at a seminar or a public gym being taught by a ?fitness guru?, you would have to take notes on every single thing he/she said in order to intake all the information. That kind of learning just isn?t necessary with ebooks - and that?s why they are not only cost-efficient (most cost around $10-$30), but fitness ebooks are also time-efficient - you learn much quicker.

Most good fitness ebooks give you exercises that don?t require heavy machinery or expensive workout equipment. Just exercises that can be done using either your own body-weight or your own environment. And there are some very good body-weight exercises out there, that give you a full-body workout just like as if you were using a machine.

I?m not saying gym memberships and workout machines/equipment are bad. No, they most certainly aren?t. I?m saying that they?re often expensive and that ebooks are easier on the wallet. You can choose whichever option best suits you. If you like seeing $80 deducted from your bank account every month for a gym membership, or spending $300 on the latest Bowflex, then go right ahead and throw your hard-earned money away for the same stuff you can find in a well-written ebook that would probably only cost you around $20.

Want the absolute best fitness ebook that teaches everything that you would learn in a gym or seminar, plus more? Then you have to check out Inhuman Stamina.

Customer Review: Quiet, powerful family drama

Life for a father (Bob Burrus) and his two sons (Anson Mount and Glenn Fitzgerald) on their Nebraska farm is disrupted by an unexpected foreclosure notice that causes the opening of family secrets concerning the absent mother. This quiet but powerful drama has a deliberate pace that matches the long, slow summer days and nights of a rural community. Deceptively uneventful on the surface, the film seethes with repressed emotion underneath, and the end is heartbreaking. A cast of unknowns make these honest, hard-working characters into people that you could expect to meet on the street.

Customer Review: Great indie film

The slow pacing is a good match for the rural, quiet lifestyle. Characters are complex, interesting, likeable and believable. Especially enjoyed Julianne Nicholson's portrayal of Ella Smalley, a kind, honest young woman bringing some life to the lonely family dynamic of a single father raising two sons. The theme is bittersweet with a touch of hopefullness. Recommended.

Customer Review: Utterly useless, the wood bows and the shelves fall.

I don't need to say more than that. The side wood is not straight, it bows outward and the pegs are too short, so the shelves literally fall off the pegs and your DVDs go crashing to the floor. This thing is terrible and a waste of money, don't buy it.

    Customer Review: Great Product!

I received my order just on time and the product was in perfect condition. I am very satisfied. 5/5

Hannah Montana "Best of Both Worlds" Singing Doll

Hannah Montana "Best of Both Worlds" Singing Doll
Since debuting as the Disney Channel's highest rated premiere, Hannah Montana has won over fans with a mix of playful antics, fresh looks, and chart-topping music. The story centers on young Miley Stewart (a girl-next-door type fans can relate to) who just happens to lead the secret life of pop star Hannah Montana (something fans can aspire to). This singing doll is fashioned on her pop sensation persona and includes the clothing, accessories, and even hit music from the show.

    Best of Both Worlds
Hannah comes with a mic, brush, poster, and back stage pass.

The 13-inch-tall Hannah is wearing an authentic, albeit miniature, version of an outfit she actually wore on her sold out 70-city tour: black boots, shimmery leggings, a tiered mini-skirt, a print T-shirt, black leather jacket, and bracelet. Other accessories that come with the doll include a small brush to help style her long locks, a backstage pass for you to wear, a poster, and a microphone for Hannah to hold while performing. This last piece is crucial because when it is lifted to Hannah's mouth, the doll actually sings the show's theme song (and her most popular hit) "Best of Both Worlds."

If you prefer her song "The Other Side of Me" there is another Hannah doll available separately. And if you want to reenact her live show in your living room, check out the Hannah Montana In-Concert Pop Stage.

    Customer Review: Hannah Montana Doll

My daughter desperately wanted this doll for Christmas. She was thrilled with it. So far it has withstood being completly undressed, redressed, undressed, hair brushed at least a thousand times and playing the recording in the doll at least ten thousand times. My daughter loves her Hannah Montana and the doll appears to be taking the playing wear and tear fairly well. Now if I could only find more outfits for her I'd be happier. Overall a well made doll.

Customer Review: Hannah Montana Singing Doll

This doll was a gift for my six year old niece. She loves that the doll sings although it is only a short clip. She also liked the outfit on the doll as well as the pretend back stage pass.

Atlas & Gazetteer

    Customer Review: Good detailed maps!

I wanted to get this atlas, especially to help us find places to go camping and hiking.. It's not always easy to find campgrounds or primitive campsites (since they're not always located in clearly identified campgrounds), so having these detailed maps is very useful for that. We recently used the atlas when we camped in the Catskill Mountains region, and I was glad we had these maps to help us out.

    Customer Review: Accurate and Reliable

We have come to rely on the Gazetteer series for general navigation when an Internet connection is not available. My husband purchased the New York version for a business trip and found it to provide exactly the information he needed.

    Mystery of the Mummy

    Mystery of the Mummy
    Customer Review: PC game

I returned this game. It wouldn't load properly, and when it did, it got stuck alot and I was never able to play it properly. I have MANY Pc games, so I know it wasn't my system.

Customer Review: Sherlock Holmes Not At His Best...

I got this game as a birthday gift, and was devastated that my windows 98 computer didn't seem to be compatible with it. The screen was all green and mottled. So if you have a windows 98 computer, DO NOT buy this game. I had to use a walk-through for almost the entire game because I couldn't see the screen! After I got a new computer (windows xp), the game worked like a charm. Here is my review.

Plot-B- The plot of this game was rather thin. There were no other characters in this game to talk with, and no one to give you any hints. By the end of this game, I had almost forgotten what the story line even was!

Graphics-A- The graphics in this game were nice. They were mostly clear and bright. They weren't spectacular, but they weren't unbearable.

Puzzles-B- Elementary my dear Watson? I think not. The puzzles in this game ranged from very simple to ridiculously hard. You may have to use a walk-through if you are like me, and are not a genius.

Content-Like the game box indicates, this game is appropriate for everyone!

Overall- B This game is a nice game if you don't mind it's imperfections.

If you are a Sherlock Holmes fan, I think that you will find this game to not be in keeping with Holmes character, but if you are a adventure games fan, I think you will enjoy it.

    Hope I was helpful...
